The surface was characterized with contact angle measurement and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR). Coagulation times (CT) were evaluated in vitro for hemocompatibility and platelet aggregation were evaluated using human blood. The effect of DADS modification on the reduction of oxidative stress, removal of cholesterol, triglyceride and endotoxin were then evaluated. The results showed that the modified PSF membranes exhibited longer CT and less adsorption of plasma proteins than the unmodified PSF membrane. In addition, the CL counts of hydrogen peroxide and superoxide values for modified PSF membranes were more stable than those for unmodified PSF membrane. These results demonstrate that DADS bonding can improve the blood compatibility of PSF membrane. In addition, DADS-modified PSF membranes exhibited ability to remove cholesterol, triglyceride, and endotoxin. Ming-Chien Yang 楊銘乾 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 56 zh-TW
