To prevent the metro crowdedness, regulations of density in living aspect is imposed. The allocation of Er-Chung hydrological flood plan scheme has selected three designated locations to permanently accommodate the original residents in the area. Chong-Yang and Nang-Kang-Tzu are two re-planned zones located in San-Chung and Lu-Chio townships, respectively. These two re-planned urban land served as newly developed area to allocate those residents. Open space in these two distinct readjustment areas is the concentration of this thesis. Incentive of allowable built volume is also discussed along with types of open spaces in those neighborhoods. Secondly, open space resulted from required sidewalks is discussed in these two area in terms of its effects and scale. Distinctions resulted from urban design review process are compared and discussed. Thru field investigation, in-situ surveying, and literature review enable analyses and induction conducted in this study. Discussions and comparisons are focused in projected aims and actual circumstances. Influences of open space in these re-adjusted lands can be concluded. In addition, those effects are applicable to urban, architecture, and systematic indices design. Lee, Wei-I 李威儀 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 90 zh-TW
