| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 工業管理系 === 97 === In the contemporary business community, the new business operation and management models are rapidly developed and improved. Some advanced theories and practical models such as Business Process Reengineering, (BPR) and Global Supply Chain Management, (GSCM) even initiated the trend of the organizational change. This study researches the automatic sewing and bagging machine industry business model in Taiwan. In this study, the researcher has the analysis and comparison in the past and current business development trend, the supply chain management in this business, and success story of how some international businesses successfully transformed themselves from manufacturing to service oriented model. The researcher also has the suggestions to this business for how to improve the business model and enhance the global competitiveness in this industry to play a key role in the global supply chain.
