Using this technology a Real-Time DataBase(RDB)including Room number, Search number, Time, Date, can be maintain through the wireless connection. Using a one year History DataBase (HDB) correlated to the RDB will be processed by a Forecast Optimal Waiting Time Algorithm (FOWA) can calculate and predict an approximate time of consultation. We Develops Portable Embedded System (PES) every two minutes automatic connection the Server downloading new information of the wireless network. Estimate the optimal waiting time displaying in PES. Ease catch the optimal waiting time. Patient can decided arrives the waiting room time. Reduces effectively waiting time bored.
