Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 農業推廣學研究所 === 97 === Abstract The purpose of this study is to discover the context of the internal residents’ attitude toward Long Stay in rural area, and examine the variables that could make the attitude toward Long Stay in rural area be different and change, to do this, the study will use behavior model of health service and combine the theories about leisure. The study will use the scale and the questionnaire, handling the data collection through relatives and friends. The study takes Taipei and Taoyuan region for the range, sending 30 questionnaires for pretest firstly, and then sending 440 questionnaires for test after item analysis, and retrieving 418 questionnaires which include 252 effective questionnaires, the effective percent is 60.29%. In this stage, the study will handle confidence analysis and factor analysis for testing the scale firstly, and then handling T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The important results are the following points: (1) the subject’s attitude toward Long Stay in rural area including “Activities of Long Stay in Rural Area”, “Services of Long Stay in Rural Area”, all are two factor aspects, and the factor percent is 27.255% and 24.262%, all are 51.517%; (2) In predisposing component, on one hand, the individual social background variables can’t make the significant difference on the urban residents’ attitude toward Long Stay in rural area except marital status and recent live pattern, on the other hand, the survey items of recent leisure pattern which make the significant difference on the urban residents’ attitude toward Long Stay in rural area are “movement”, “reading”, “sightseeing traveling”, and “will labor work”; (3)In enabling component, on one hand, economic resource level can’t make the significant positive correlation on the urban residents’ attitude toward Long Stay in rural area , except child number on the other hand, the survey items of economic resource pipe, only “saving-interest-invest” can make the significant on the on the urban residents’ attitude toward Long Stay in rural area; (4)In needing component, only “introduction knowledge or skill” in the survey items of retirement career plan in the retirement plan variables can’t make the significant difference on the urban residents’ attitude toward Long Stay in rural area, the survey items of positive impression toward rural area which can make the significant difference on the urban residents’ attitude toward Long Stay in rural area are ” Inhabitant rich touch of humanity”, “life of leisure ”, “natural sightseeing of beauty”, “can cause to have ease of mind joyfully”, and “the countryside, the fishing village style is appealing”, but “the countryside, the fishing village style is appealing” has the lower significant level, on the other hand, estimated retirement time can make the significant negative correlation on the urban residents’ attitude toward Long Stay in rural area. Whether the context of the scale is different from what subject think or the scale of the sample might be the reason of the above-mentioned result. By and large, the recent leisure pattern in predisposing component, the retirement plan variables, estimated retirement time and positive impression toward rural area in needing component are related to the urban residents’ attitude toward Long Stay in rural area. The study also offer the advice on the attitude persuasion and guest discovery for the governmental unit; on the profession imvolvement for the non-govermental unit; on the scope, skill, and subject for the following study.
