Direct decomposition, citric acid process and physical mixing methods were introduced in which physical mixing show good results in both doped and undoped catalyst. The catalysts were characterized by XAS, XRD, BET, TPR and were tested by feeding a stream of H2/CO/O2/He in the ratio of 50/0.8/0.8/48.4. Different feed composition has also been tested with altering O2/CO ratio and adding water and CO2 to the feed.
