Summary:碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 進修部公共事務管理碩專(假日) === 97 === Abstract The main purpose of this thesis is about the discussion on the stress of the Personnel members in Coastal Patrol institution. I hope that through the analysis of this thesis, I can conclude the possible policy for the release of stress. In the Perspective of the research method, I adopt the deep interview as the main method. The research targets are the personnel members in the Coastal Patrol Directorate General Maritime Patrol Administration. According to the above, I combine the relative research and theory;furthermore,I use the method of analysis to provide the structure of this thesis. The deep interview depends on the gathering of research materials.Two main perspectives are included, which are the perspective of the personal and the perspective of the institution. The personal perspectives are the factor of the personal, the personality, the life of family, the income of salary, and the Promotion of position. The institutive perspectives are the leading style of the senior officers, the demand of the tasks, the working environment, and the culture of institution. Nine people from the Coastal Patrol Directorate General Maritime Patrol Administration are aimed to regard as research targets to make analysis for the thesis. The results of the research are as follow: I. The origin of the stress of the personnel members works are: (1) age (2)maniage (3) position (4) the area one serves (5) the family life (6) income salary(7) promotion (8) the leading fashion of the senior officers (9) the demand of the tasks (10) the working environment (11) the culture of the institution. II. The factors from the perspective of institution which makes the personnel members have the stress from work: (l) the demand of the tasks (2) the leading style of the senior officers. III. Conclusion: (1) The way the personnel members pursuit when facing the working stress physically and mentally. (2) we should reconsider the system of promotion for the personnel members (3) the lights to reward and penalize should be authorized to the senior officers (4) the salary of the personnel members should be the Same standard of the Coast Guard (5) the research area(6) the research method.
