The cooperative learning of Student Teams - Achievement Divisions (STAD) were used and seven weeks of mathematic teaching were carried on. The purpose of the study was to discuss the influences on the social interrelationship among peers of mildly mental retarded students in the primary resource class after the experimental teaching of cooperative learning was taken. The sequential-withdrawal design from single subject research was adopted in the research. The independent variable of this study was cooperative learning of Student Teams-Achievement Divisions(STAD). The dependent variables of this study were the changes of the students
