It explores the differences and relationship of personal properties on working life quality and organization commitment. It also provides advices for official authority to improve the working life quality and organization commitment of purchases. Objects of this study are mainly the purchasers of educating administrative institution in Taitung county. Questionnaire is employed in this research, and the 126 returned effective questionnaires are analyzed through the methods of Independent Sample Test, One Way Analysis of Variance, Pearson’s Simple Product-moment Correlation, and Multiple Stepwise regression analyses. The concrete conclusions are as follows: Ⅰ. There is no difference on perception of working life quality between different genders of purchasers. Age, seniority, and level of education also don’t influence the quality of working life of purchasers. Ⅱ. There is no difference on perception of organization commitment between different genders of purchasers. Purchasers with higher level of education and serve as subordinate position have better organization commitment. Ⅲ. Purchasers can attain better organization commitment when they get better quality of working life. Moreover, the quality of working life can effectively predict organization commitment.
