Research tool used in this research are “Questionnaire on Native Language Learning Attitude” and “Learning Adaptation Questionnaire”. Using 189 junior-high aborigine students as research subjects, the data collected will be calculated using statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, t-test independent sample, one-way ANOVA and Pearson’s Correlation. Conclusions from this research are as follows: 1. No apparent difference shown in junior-high aborigine students of different gender and grades on the learning attitude of native language; 2. Apparent difference in native language learning attitude due to parental encouragements, application of different native languages, participation in authentications and certifications are shown in junior-high aborigine students; 3. Apparent difference shown in junior-high aborigine student learning adaptation of different gender and parental encouragements; 4. No apparent difference shown in junior-high aborigine students learning adaptation due to different grades, application of difference native languages, participation in authentications and certifications; 5. No apparent relevant level found between native language learning attitude and learning adaptation in junior-high aborigine students with low degree of positive correlation (r=.128) shown. The following proposals are made with accord to the research: 1. Suggestions to the family: (1) Use accessible native teachers. (2) Exploit media and folk songs in native language. 2. Suggestions to the school: (1) Promote the importance of native language learning. (2) Arrange entertaining “Native language Day” activities. 3. Suggestions to the community: (1) Hold long-term periodic activities relating to native language. (2) Establish diverse communal native language speaking environment. 4. Suggestions to the current native language education system: Use community hours or participate in tribe festive activities to establish an integral native language learning environment. 5. Suggestions to future researchers: (1) Research subjects: Expand source of research subjects. (2) Research methods: Add individual student interviews. (3)Research variables: Enhance group approval and language learning accomplishment. Keywords: Aborigines, Native language, Learning adaptation Wei-Chun Li 李偉俊 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 134 zh-TW |
