This research has found: 1.Teacher perspectives towards zero corporal punishment policy: (1)Low identification towards the policy. (2)Recognize the necessity of appropriate corporal punishments under certain circumstances. (3)Point of discipline should focus on counseling and student approval. (4)Current school status should be taken into consideration for the application of the policy. 2.Conditions and problems in the execution of zero corporal punishment policy: (1)Accomplish gradual zero corporal punishments in campus. (2)Ineffective discipline results and difficulties in achieving excellent academic performances. (3)Increase burdens and negative mentality among teachers. (4)School background and attitude of teachers also serving administrative purpose will affect the execution of the policy. (5)Parent background will affect teacher attitude in the application of discipline. (6)Student characteristics and parent background will affect discipline outcome. 3.Coping strategies for the insertion of discipline: (1)Combine administrative, parents and other resources in assisting discipline insertion. (2)Maintain good teacher-student relationships and enhance teaching quality. (3)Versatile discipline behavior. In conclusion, advices on the insertion of discipline, school administrative support, policy enhancements and future researches are given from the results of this research.
