However, the applications seem to remain focused on material/product logistics such as product tracking and tracing; and there are few studies devoted on applications on consumer/visitor behavior. In this paper, wireless locating technology was applied to design and implement a Visitor Location Record System (VLRS) to record the time (when) and position (where) of specific visitors (who) during the tour. A program was developed to extract the hotspots and paths of visitors, and in order to increase data usability, a hot-paths mining algorithm was developed as well. Based on the findings of this study, additional applications and implications are proposed for improving the exhibitions and services. P. Pete Chong Ming-Che Hsieh 鍾青萍 謝明哲 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 44 zh-TW
