Summary: | 碩士 === 臺中技術學院 === 事業經營研究所 === 97 === Organizational justice, organizational citizenship behavior have been proved as key factors of organizational performance in Organizational Change by many organization researches. In this study, we would try to discuss the impact of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior, the impact of organizational citizenship behavior on organizational performance, and the relationships among organizational justice, organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational performance, as well as the influences of demographic variables on organizational justice, organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational performance.
The study would be conducted to test the hypotheses by selecting the employees who have worked in the Chunghwa Telecom Company. In this study, 350 structural questionnaires would be distributed to Chunghwa Telecom Company. The independent variables of this study would include organizational justice, organizational citizenship behavior and demographic variables. Organizational citizenship behavior would serve as mediating variable, and organizational performance was the dependent variable. The data analysis in this study would include the Descriptive statistics, Factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Classical correlation, Regression analysis through SPSS software. Hypotheses would be tested in this study as following:
1. There would be a significant impact of organizational change on justice.
2. There would be a significant impact of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior.
3. There would be a significant impact of organizational justice on organizational performance.
4. There would be a significant impact of organizational citizenship behavior on organizational performance.
5. Organizational citizenship behavior would serve as mediating variable between organizational justice and organizational citizenship performance.
