The summarization of this study is as follow: 1.The overall telecommunications services industry revenue reached a peak in 2005, after the year showed a slight decline due to competition for the voice market, resulting in significantly lower rates. The total mobile phone calls in 2007 than the total fixed-line calls. 2.In this study,in accordance with Type Ⅱ operator’s experience and core competencies to provide advice, ISP provider can choose Application Aggregator, and provide Software As A Service similar services. IDC provider will have a choice of IDC value-added service provider business model, and to provide information infrastructure outsourcing and Unify communication. ISR operators can choose the mode of Solution Aggregator to provide enterprise an integrated VoIP, multimedia communications, interactive collaboration services.Content provider can choose Content Aggregator business model. Type Ⅱ operators in accordance with its business model to the industry supply chain to choose the upstream and downstream strategic partners to adjust the division of work among members, to play the greatest value creation synergy.
