I believe that an important reason is that inadequate attention has been given to the role of global civil society. Using qualitative data in cigu environmental movement, the data show three organizational models which connected global civil society .Through discussing resource mobilization theory, this study showed how these three organizational models to bring different kinds of global resources and then how these gobal resources effected the cigu movement.
