Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 企業管理學系 === 97 === The purpose of this study is to find the impacts of strategic leadership on organizational learning, investigate the hypothesized effects of strategic leadership on organizational learning, and find the role of environmental characteristics in moderating the relationship between strategic leadership and organizational learning. Literature review on strategic leadership and organizational learning and hypotheses pertaining to the impacts of strategic leadership on organizational learning will be discussed. The linkage between strategic leadership and organizational learning appears to be robust environmental contexts that are characterized by varying degrees of market turbulence, competitive intensity, and technological turbulence. This study constructed the conceptual framework and design experiment. The study tested hypotheses by using questionnaire items. Finally, the study discusses the results and how this study might be useful to other researchers. This study intends to conclude with a discussion of the managerial relevance of the findings and future research directions.
