Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 企業管理學系 === 97 === For ten years non-profit organizations (NPO) in Taiwan have made booming progresses. However, more and more NPOs are facing survival crises due to the decrease of corporate, individual contributions and government subsidies caused by macro-economic factors such as global financial crisis and economic slump in 2008. To achieve the objective of operational self-sufficiency for the further prospect and mission of NPOs, it is crucial for the re-animation of NPOs that the market orientation (MO) and entrepreneurial orientation (EO) are to be introduced. In this research, the relationship among MO, EO, and organization performance (OP) of NPO will be discussed, in hopes of being clarified. Our purpose: the OP of NPO will be discussed initially, following the influences MO have on OP, and finally that whether EO has a moderating effect while MO is influencing OP. In addition to the discussion of the features needed while enterprise management though is introduced to the operation of NPO, a new opportunity has been found for either NPO’s future development or its transition to social enterprise in this research, in hopes of providing NPO a strategic suggestion for maintainingits operation and carrying forward its prospect and mission.
