The research work is carried out through a survey of 288 female immigrants who participated in adult learning courses in Penghu County. Statistical analysis is conducted on the survey data. The results of the research and the recommendations of this paper hopefully will be a useful reference to the education authorities, institutions and female immigrants for future study. The survey data collected for the study is analyzed through statistical techniques of descriptive statistics, independent-samples t test, one-way analysis of variance and structural equation modeling, separately. The following conclusions are drawn from the results of the survey: 1.The female immigrants have high levels of demand for adult education, and literacy education is demanded the most among all. 2.The female immigrants have high levels of learner satisfaction with adult education. They are most satisfied with the instruction type and least satisfied with the administrative support. 3.The female immigrants from Vietnam demand more for adult literacy education than those from Thailand. 4.The female immigrants who completed junior secondary education are more interested in literacy education than those who completed higher education. 5.Factors including the original nationality, age, time of arrival, level of education, family income, number of children in Taiwan and the classes attended, have no influence over the female immigrants’ demand for skill learning, social integration and life adaptation courses. 6.The Vietnamese female immigrants are more satisfied with the learning environment than those from Thailand. 7.The female immigrants with a family income of $40,000 are more happy with the adult-education instruction type than those with a family income of $30,000 ~ $40,000. 8.The female immigrants who have more than 3 children in Taiwan have higher levels of satisfaction with the adult learning curriculum than those with only two children. 9.With respect to the learning environment and instruction type, female immigrants who ever attended ‘Life-adaptation program for foreign spouse’, 10.have higher levels of satisfaction than those who attended adult education classes and supplementary education.
