The participation of learning services were considered as the latent independent variables, and female immigrant’s life Adaptation as the latent dependent variable in the statistical tests. The data were collected by survey questionnaires. There were 335 female immigrants purposely sampled from the 6 administrative divisions in Penghu County. The data were tested by descriptive statistics, Independent-Sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Structural Equation Modeling. According to the results, it is found that as followings: 1. The participation of learning services for female immigrants in Penghu County is positive. 2. The life adaptation of the female immigrants in Penghu County is significant. In particular, when the female immigrant is older, and/or has a lower level of education, and/or a higher degree of female immigrant’s family support to learn, the female immigrant tends to have higher life adaptation. 3. When the female immigrants have lower monthly household income, and/or obtain information of learning services from schools, they are more willing to learn. 4. The female immigrants’ satisfaction and the willingness to learn are higher when they have higher level of family support, and/or learn at the community center nearest location to the house. 5. There is no significant difference of life adaptation among female immigrants who are different in the number of years in Taiwan and learning time slots. According to the findings of this study, a few suggestions were proposed to educational administrations, school teachers, and female immigrants’ families, as well as for further studies.
