Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 特殊教育學系碩士班 === 97 === The aim of this study is to examine kindergarten teachers’ knowledge, skills, and needs when working with related services serving in Taipei County. This study conducts surveys by questionnaires. The questionnaires are distributed to a total of 605 kindergarten teachers in Taipei County, and 456 returned copies are valid. As to data processing, the statistics is processed through SPSS 11.5 for Windows and analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent-sample T tests, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson Correlation. Results obtained in this research include: 1. The teachers rated as sufficient degree of teachers’ knowledge and skills dimensions when working with related services. Collaborating and coordinating skills, working with family skills, service delivery knowledge and skills, knowledge and skills related to Individualized Educational Plan, and knowledge of child development are ranked according to the degree of teachers’ perspective. 2. The age of teachers, the length of teaching children with special needs, and the experience of contacting related services have positive effects on the degree of sufficiency of teachers’ knowledge and skills dimensions when working with related services. 3. The degree of teachers’ needs dimensions toward related services are ranked as the followings: knowledge of child development, service delivery knowledge and skills, collaborating and coordinating skills, knowledge and skills related to Individualized Educational Plan, and working with family skills. 4. The teachers, charged with the care of those children who suffer from hearing impairment express a maximum requirement for needs dimension of service delivery and with the care of those children who suffer from health impairment express a maximum requirement for needs dimensions of services delivery and family cooperation needs dimensions. In addition, this study provides kindergarten teachers, related professional personnel and further research with suggestions based on academic findings.
