The Investigation of Employers’ Opinions about in Special Classes of Vocational High School Students’ Field Practical Training Preparation

碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 特殊教育學系碩士班 === 97 === Abstract The main purpose of this study was to find out employers’ opinions about in Special Classes of Vocational High School students’ field practical training preparation readiness. The objects of this study were employers who provide internship for public vocational high school students in Taipei City and Taipei County. To achieve the purpose mentioned above, questionnaire survey method was used in this research. A total of 119 questionnaires had been sent, and received 91 valid responses. The valid responded rate was 76.4%. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis of frequency distribution, mean, standard deviation and Chi-square test. According data analysis, the study findings were as below: 1.The top three in work ability demands were clean ability, ability to distinguish cleanness and squalor, ability to obey the guidance. 2.In work attitude, the highest two demands were to obey discipline and honesty. 3.The top three demands in mental and physical healthy were action ability, the movement of upper limbs, and mood management. 4.There were significant differences in different occupational employers’ some opinions. In work ability, there were significant differences in arithmetic ability, document processing, clean ability of work ability; in work attitude , there were significant differences in diligence, honesty ; in mental and physical healthy, there were significant differences in the movement of upper limbs, action ability, work endurance, learning motivation. 5.There were significant differences in different location at work ability in arithmetic ability, ability to obey the guidance, clean ability; at work attitude in work time, learning attitude, being active, the sense of responsibility, to make obeisance to employers, obey discipline; at mental and physical healthy in the movement of upper limbs and self identity . 6.There were significant differences in different teaching periods at work ability in document processing; however, there was no significant different in work attitude and in mental and physical healthy. Based upon the findings, the suggestions for the school, to dispose students’ internship, future study were illustrated.
