The objectives of this research are four autism children from different phases. The methodology of the study is the action research. From the qualitative analysis to the activities design; the activities of the action research match the research purpose in order to realize the method and the function of communication from those Autism children. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The autism children from different phases showed variations in their communication capability and method. 2. The content of courses affected the autism children’s communication behavior. 3. The MTW pedagogy could promote the autism children’s communication behavior when they were in the requester stage, early communicator stage and partner stage. 4. The influence of MTW showed inconspicuous in the own agenda stage student in group, and the MTW in the individual teaching environment is still under the research. 5. The pedagogy should adjust for each Autism student and set up the different communication target. 6. Visual prompting and cueing could promote the communication behavior of Autism student. The research increase of researchers’ professional ability and directions of the research in the future.
