In order to seek a balance of the ideal and actuality, the researcher held an action method about the Artistic Pop-Music for the middle grade in the elementary school. The purpose of the study is to define the relation of music education and pop-music and investigate the effect of the application of pop-music in students’ music learning. This study provides support for several major conclusions: 1.The application of Artistic Pop-Music conformed to students’demand. 2.The application of Artistic Pop-Music could help students to learn classical music and would not decrease the chance of learning classical music when pop-music integrates music education. 3.Students would be very impressed since they learn the Artistic Pop-Music. 4.The application of Artistic Pop-Music could increase students’music appreciation capabilities. 5.The application of Artistic Pop-Music could make students to be concerned with their life and environment even after school. 6.The application of Artistic Pop-Music could help teacher to establish a harmonious atmosphere in class and achieve the goals. Finally, according to the process and results of the study, researcher addressed some recommendations for teachers, teaching materials editors, film industry, the person arranges the courses in the college and further research.
