During two semesters and a summer vacation, the researcher uses interview, observation, online observation, questionnaire survey, and collect related documents to inquiry the kindergarten class websites’ purposes, courses, contains, efficiency and problems. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The kindergarten teachers use class-website to response the research and study activities and accommodate the e-trend, offer the latest class' information to parents, and replace the communication sheet. Then parents use class-website to surf children’s photo, webpage design, and the course or activity of other class. 2. Kindergarten’s class-website presented rich and vivacious tendency. The main items in class-website are children’s activity and work photos. Teachers would provide children’s introduction, online board, related website, and news bulletin but these contents have less management. 3. Teachers use time unit of class websites as an academic year. Official website study activity may affect the changes of website edit softwares. Teachers would update contains into class website after each teaching activity, and saved all the files finally. 4. Kindergarten class-website can increase contains of parent-teacher communication, save class activity records, save photo developments and post, provide register information for parents whenever have new student. The main efficiency of parent-teacher communication by class-website is indirect; teacher presented then parents surfed, so it still needs face to face way. It is related that teacher inform and parents surf. Teachers inform parents about class-website can urge parents surfing, but add update frequency can’t increase the number of visits. 5. The kindergarten teacher uses class' websites encounter the problem of the network with insufficient parking space, advertisements, connect route, equity of photo update, administration works, other communication ways, computer hardware repair, and female immigrants. For parents, they may meet the social and economic background, update tardy, advertisements, viruses, technology and times problems.
