In case of flexible machining process occured burnishing phenomenon which improved surface roughness. And we use burnishing force in implementation of force model which is applicable in experiment. The experiment result show in case of machining processes with much rigid behavior, cutting force was increased in according with increasing feed. In addition, in case of machining process with much flexible behavior, cutting force and surface roughness were smaller than rigid behavior, so the experiment results showed the force model is applicable.
