The purpose in this experiment would like to figure out the changes on black porgy’s tissues such as gills, intestines, livers, kidneys, hearts, spleens and muscles under 5%, 10% and 20% crude oil water soluble fraction (WSF) exposed respectively for 1 day, 5 days and 10 days. The results showed that the crude oil WSF did make the varying degrees of changes on different tissues of the black porgy. It had been discovered that oil drops storing up in the tissues of gills, livers, spleens and kidneys and the most remarkable changes were those on the tissues of livers and gills. There was oil drops stored up after exposing for just 1 day under 5% crude oil WSF concentration. Instead of kidney, the changes appeared quite slower compared with the other tissues. It had been observed after exposing for 5 days under 10% crude oil WSF concentration. The increase of distance on muscular and cardiac organization gaps had been observed. The average maximum range of muscular and cardiac organization gaps in the controls were all below 200 μm. The largest average maximum range of cardiac organization gap was below 350 μm and the muscular one would reach as high as about 700 μm at the different crude oil WSF concentrations. It showed that the degree of oil drops storing up in muscular tissues was larger than the one in cardiac organization. The result by measuring and statistical analyzing showed that except the maximum diameter of oil drops in the intestinal villi wall after exposed for 1 and 5 days and the maximum range of cardiac organization gap exposed for 1 day at the different crude oil WSF concentrations were not remarkable difference (p>0.05), the other organizations exposed for the same number of days at the different crude oil WSF concentrations appeared remarkable difference (p<0.05). This demonstrated the higher crude oil WSF concentrations, the larger affection on the tissues of black porgy that had been exposed for the same number of days.
