Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 電機工程學系 === 97 === The circuit analysis of high-side and low-side active-clamp forward converters with synchronous rectification (HACFC-SR/LACFC-SR) are presented in this thesis. The converters are composed by a conventional forward converter and an additional clamp circuit which is formed with an auxiliary switch and a clamp capacitor. With the help of clamp circuit, the flux in the transformer can be reset without tertiary winding in the converters. Moreover, the advantages of active clamp technique are including:lower voltage stress on the main power switch, the ability to switch at zero voltage, reduced EMI and duty cycle operation above 50%. Furthermore, the synchronous rectification (SR) is used to reduce conduction losses for the low voltage/high current application. Finally, to analysis the steady-state to the converter, the theoretical result of thesis is proved by simulation, to verify theoretical analysis and feasibility of technique.
