Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 教育研究所 === 97 === The purpose of this research is to investigate the members in Tainan City Government aware of the situation about learning organizational culture and organizational learning, analyzing the relation between learning organizational culture and organizational learning. With questionnaire survey, the chiefs and the members in the fourteen administrative departments of Tainan City Government were surveyed. 500 questionnaires were handed out. 462 questionnaires were available. The rate of useable questionnaires was 92.4 %. The data were analyzed with statistic methods, such as frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. According to the result of analyzing data, the conclusions are as follow:
I. The factors of high quality learning organizational culture.
1.Continuously finding problems becomes the power of carrying out organizational learning.
2.Trans-departmental working teams can promote an organization to reach their goals.
3.Integration of human resources is the main stem of carrying out every project.
4.Leaders automatically providing the learning and study activities is the advantageous factor of carrying out organizational learning.
II. The factors of efficient organizational learning
1.Establishing members’ consensus of organizational learning is the essential factor of carrying out organizational learning.
2.Teams setting up consensus by talking and discussing are the efficient ways of promoting organizational learning.
3.Designing indexes to inspect working result is the important factor of establishing organizational efficiency.
III. Learning organizational culture and organizational learning are the positive relation.
