The major findings of this research are as follows: 1. Supervisor communication styles have significant influence in leader-member relationship quality. 2. Leader-member relationship quality has positive significant influence in group members’ identification. 3. Supervisor communication styles have significant influence in members’ Group Identication. 4. Leader-member relationship quality doesn’t mediate the effect of supervisor communication styles on group members’ identification. 5. Routine technology has no moderating effect on the relationship between supervisor communication styles and leader-member relationship quality. 6.
