And the antioxidant and anticoagulants activities of there various sulfate contents MnOS were compared. The sulfate contents of SMnOS1-3kDa-PRI (1-3 kDa MnOS modified by PRI method), SMnOS3-5kDa-PRI (3-5 kDa MnOS modified by PRI method), SMnOS1-3kDa-DMF (1-3 kDa MnOS modified by DMF method), and SmnOS3-5kDa-PRI (3-5 kDa MnOS modified by DMF method) were 2.24% to 8.58%, 2.80 to 8.58%, 2.24% to 2.24% 4.18%, and 2.80% to 4.77%, respectively. As to the ability of chelating on Fe (II) ion of MnOS, the results indicated that MnOS1-3kDa and MnOS3-5kDa were 68.02% and 66.23%, and SMnOSs were not detected. DPPH free radicalscavenging effect of MnOS and SMnOS were not detected. The structures of the SMnOSs derivatives were analyzed by FT-IR spectroscopy, the photograms showed that the sulfate groups of MnOS and SMnOS. MnOS had specific absorption bands of R-SO2-R groups in the area of 1100-1200 cm-1. SMnOS1-3kDa-PRI and SMnOS3-5kDa-PRI had specific absorption bands of 1100-1200 cm-1 and 1409 cm-1, which representing fluctuations of R-O-SO2-R or R-O-SO2-O-R, and the absorption peaks of C=O fluctuation at 1680 cm-1. SMnOS1-3kDa-DMF present absorption peaks of R-O-SO2-O-R and R-SO-R in the area of 1469 cm-1 and 1022 cm-1, SMnOS3-5kDa-DMF as well as there are bands of R-NH2 bonds in the area of 1613 cm-1, and also fluctuations of R-SO2-R group in the area of 1613 cm-1. The APTT of anticoagulants activity test was showed SMnOS1-3kDa-PRI could decreased 39.80% coagulation edffect than MnOS1-3kDa did, and SMnOS3-5kDa-PRI could decreased 27.14% coagulation edffect than MnOS3-5kDa had. SMnOS1-3kDa-DMF could decreased 21.14% coagulation edffect than MnOS1-3kDa, and SMnOS3-5kDa-DMF could decreased 21.78% coagulation edffect than MnOS3-5kDa. The result of PT of anticoagulants activity test was similar on MnOSs and SMnOSs. Totally, the results indicated that chlorsulfonic acid-pyridine method and chlorsulfonic acid-N,N-dimethylformamide method can enhance sulfate content to 8.58% and 4.77%, and SMnOS can decrease the optical density in APTT test (39.80% and 27.80% ) at 0.5 mg/mL.
