Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 食品科學系 === 97 === This study adopting convenience sampling method, investigated 138 models and used sample t-test、One-way Analysis of Variance、χ2-test、Contingency table Analysis、Factor Analysis and Cluster Analysis to analyze health food consumption of the models and their cluster patterns of body image life-style and perceptions to health food. Results indicated that, Firstly, bodily Image aspect:seven factors, namely sexual attractiveness, appearance, body fitness, health, promoting artistic, mind goes ahead of action, and diet for losing weight, were extracted from the body image related questions of this investigation. Secondly, habits and customs aspect:two factors, namely, weight control and 70% full intake habit, were extracted from the dietary attitude related questions of this investigation. Thirdly, health food cognition aspect:Two factors, namely drug substitutes and meal substitutes were extracted from the health food perception related questions of this investigation. four factors, namely gifts from friends, healthy therapy, dietary nutrient supplement, and disease prevention, were extracted from the motivations of consuming health food products related questions of this investigation. Fourth, cluster patterns aspect:by the above models body image, the diet manner and the health food cognition and so on 11 factors take the colony basis the foundation, may combine the model three colony types, respectively is Group A represents the appearance intention ones. Group B were the dietary uneven ones, and group C were the physical health intention ones. Lastly, health food consumption behavior aspect:Group A represents the appearance intention ones:Has edible health food in the daily life to be many, the edible motive is possibly losing weight or the control body weight, the worry nutrition is imbalanced, also the television media advertisement influence, was revealed easily health food may prevent disease, the increase resistivity, every day at least meets edible healthy food. Group B were the dietary uneven ones:Edible health food have not been many in the daily life, the edible motive also is thought health food may prevent disease, the increase resistivity, average each lunar eclipse uses health food in 1000 Yuan (including) following amount. and group C were the physical health intention ones:Edible health food have not been many in the daily life, the edible motive for selects food or is a vegetarian and so on the factors, thought healthy food may supplement in the diet the insufficient nutrient, also the television media advertisement influence, was revealed easily is the health food popular tendency, average each lunar eclipse uses health food in 1000 Yuan (including) following amount.
