It is rich in the use of colors, and it enforces the tension, the vivacity and the interest of aesthetics. The second purpose is to develop divergent application of gradation on Visual Communication Design. The researcher investigates the theory of art to explore the form of visual communication and gathers relevant posters to analyze the forms, types, and effects of gradation. Furthermore, the researcher hopes to conclude the concepts and principles of gradation, and endow it with a brand-new style. This study is focused on “Kenting Spring Music Season”, trying to show the effects of visual communication design by the use of silhouette and gradation as well as to develop a series of goods such as : the logo of the activity, tickets, caps, T-shirts, banners… The researcher hopes to make contribution on the application of gradation.
