| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 運動與休閒管理研究所 === 97 === The purpose of this research aims to discover the experiences of Biking Around Taiwan. This research adopts literature analysis, participant observation, the depth interview as research tools in order to discuss how the experiences of Biking Around Taiwan. Researchers applied documental analysis and interview to collect the data of seven participants. The results of the research reveal that: first, the leisure behavior of the participants is presented in the courage of pursuing the runaway and freedom. Second, they love suffering during travel, to make themselves more spiritual in mind. And express the special state of ‘ecstasy’. Third, unique trip plants reveal that participants desire personal leisure freestyle. After integrating the data collection and analysis results the researcher indicate that the participants show self-realization, willing to take risk, wish to runaway from society and pursuit the freedom. But after finished the trip, the contradiction and lost from society will become the reason of next runaway.
