Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 健康促進與衛生教育學系 === 97 === The purpose of this study was to understand the difference of health promoting lifestyle among the junior high school students in Taipei County, Taiwan and to analyze the related factors. The data was collected by self-reported questionnaires. The number of subjects was 398, which were analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regression. The results of the study are as follows:
1.In the health conception, the highest score was the adaptive health conception, followed by eudemonistic health conception, function/role performance health conception, and clinical health conception.
2.In the health behavior self-efficacy, the highest score was health responsibility, followed by nutrition, psychological well being, and exercise.
3.In the health promoting lifestyle, the highest score was life appreciation, followed by interpersonal support, health responsibility, stress management, nutrition behavior, and exercise behavior.
4.The result indicated that these following factors did show significant differences in health promoting lifestyle: the gender, grade, father education background, mother education background, father’s occupation, and parent’s marital status.
5.Health conception and health behavior self-efficacy were positively correlated with health promoting lifestyle.
6.Health behavior self-efficacy, health conception, grade and father’s occupation could explain 70.5% of the total variance in health promoting lifestyle.
