Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 社會教育學系在職進修碩士班 === 97 === A Study on the Relationship amongst learning style, leadership style and leadership effectiveness of leaders of learning groups of indigenous communities Ming - Chuan Chan ABSTRACT This research discusses about the relation amongst learning style, leadership style and leadership effectiveness of leaders of learning groups of indigenous communities. The research objects are 170 leaders who have been trained by “Learning Group Training Program of Indigenous Communities” (部落學習團體培訓專案) within five years, lead group learning in person, and operates more than one year. This research uses questionnaire survey, descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's product-moment correlation and step-wise regression for analysis of research data. According the analysis of research data, this research proposes the research conclusions as following. 1. The main learning style of the leaders is “assimilator style”. The leaders perform approximately on leadership style and effectiveness.This implies training program is highly satisfactory. 2. The learning styles of the leaders vary due to gender, age and region. 3. The leadership styles of the leaders differ from age, leader experience, education and region. 4. The leadership effectiveness of the leaders are different in different age group, leader experience, education and region. 5. The leaders with “Converger Style” have better performance in leadership effectiveness. 6. The leaders who get the higher grades in leadership style have the better performance in leadership effectiveness. 7. The leaders with “Assimilator Style”in learning have poor performance. 8. The leaders with “Servant Style”have better capability of forcast. According to the findings and conclusions, this research also peoposes some suggestions.
