Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 工業科技教育學系 === 97 === This study, by the use of purposive sampling, is primarily focused upon the employees of S bank and serves e-learning involvement inventory as the adjustment variable, figuring out whether organizational memory through the e-learning involvement inventory will have influences on organizational learning. Among the 300 questionnaires being distributed to the S bank, 270 were returned with 20 invalid and 250 valid. Therefore, the overall response rate for the study is 92.59%. To quantitative research methods, descriptive statistical analysis, confirmatory factor analysis(CFA), path analysis(PA) and structural equation model(SEM) are used with the aid of the SPSS for Windows 12.0 and LISREL8.51 to test the research hypotheses. The main results of this study are listed below. 1. Organizational memory has significant influences on organizational learning. 2. E-learning involvement inventory as an adjustment variable, organizational memory through the e-learning involvement inventory has significant influences on organizational learning. According to these study results stated above, by increasing the employees’ e-learning involvement inventory, employees’ knowledge was preserved into organizational memory and generates more recognition of the organization and goals for the organization to promote organizational learning, and create competitive advantage which other people can not imitate.
