In order to evaluate school management’s capability in competition, education revolution has started to move towards market-oriented operation. In industrial field, overall quality management ideals are used by many educational institutions; amongst them, customer satisfaction has always been crucial point. After customers have met their satisfaction, they are willing to build long-term relationship with this institution. This study investigate into student’s satisfaction and its relationships with school environment, school administration, teacher-student relationship, colleagues relationship, and time factors from students’ perspectives. Understanding how these four aspects cause customer satisfaction, furthermore it discusses what interferences and effects time factors (school grades) might cause, such as if time element will affect students’ satisfaction towards school environment that turns time element (school grades) into a interfering element. Therefore, this study performs research based on Tainan County Public Junior High School Students; adopt multilayer sampling method to extract samples. Issuing a total of 960 copies and returning effective questionnaires 900 copies; valid collecting rate is 93.7%. To investigate research mode construction, this study utilizes Amos that verifies this research measuring mode and its consistency with actual data; furthermore, using multilayer to affect Regression Analysis (SPSS) that discusses time factor (school grade) and its interfering effects with school environment, school administration, teacher-student relationship, colleagues relationship and student satisfaction. After performing statistical analysis, it is found that: (1) school environment, school administration, teacher-student relationship, and colleagues relationship have obvious and direct influences towards student satisfaction; (2) As the school grade is higher, it will downgrade influences of school environment, school administration, teacher-student relationship, and colleagues’ relationship towards student satisfaction. As above research result, this study provides conclusion, research contributions and its propositions towards future research. 碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 教育經營與管理研究所碩士班 === 97 === Abstract
Due to fast revolution in the society in recent years, no matter in political or economics fields, our education environment is constantly taking challenges.
