This research indicates the related opinions to construct the guidance model of collaborative team in elementary schools on several aspects of the necessity, possible difficulties, and feasibility strategies. Besides, the outcome of this study expects to provide the feasible guidance model of collaborative team in elementary schools and a number of concrete suggestions. The major findings of this research by means of semi-interviewing and focus group forum, including the academics, administrators and practitioners are: 1. To construct the guidance model of collaborative team in elementary schools is necessary for Kaohsiung County. 2. The difficulties of implementing the guidance model of collaborative team in elementary schools are related to the policy, communication, staffs, profession, insufficient capacity and rapid turnover of staff and reluctant participation. The individual difficulties in the social or educational institutions are different from each other. In addition to the above mentioned, the other related law, budget, time and distance are still the existing problems. 3. Many measuresto implement the guidance model of collaborative team in elementary schools should be encouraged to promote, such as administration’s supports, the capacity of communication and coordination, human resource integration, and the professional training. 4. This research finds three feasible guidance models of collaborative team, including multidisciplinary model, interdisciplinary model, and transdisciplinary model. These models could be implemented in the elementary schools in Kaohsiung County. 5. According to all of the participants’ opinions of this study, no one is the best counseling model of collaborative team suitable for any condition in Kaohsiung County. Therefore, it is necessary to keep the flexibility when practicing the guidance models of collaborative team. Finally, the researcher provides not only numerous suggestions to the administrators and practitioners (guidance teachers in elementary schools, social workers, counseling psychologists)of Kaohsiung County , but also some of ideas to future researchers interested in relevant research.
