This investigation also compared the relationship between the placement factors and teachers’ satisfaction towards the human resource placements in ideal and actual situations. The research method was questionnaire surveys. Sampling five 528 elementary school teachers in Tainan City and Tainan County and using stratified random sampling method, data analysis revealed the following findings: 1. Investigation on teachers’ ideal human resource placement factors, teachers had higher than average agreement on these four aspects; teachers’ personality and preference, teachers’ personal ability, non-personal factors and needs of parents and the community. 2. Investigation on the different population variables and different organization variables of the teachers’ ideal human resource placement factors had significant difference. However, there was no significant difference on the gender variable. 3. Investigation on teachers’ actual human resource placement factors, teachers had higher than average agreement on these four aspects; teachers’ personality and preference, teachers’ personal ability, needs of parents and the community, personal favors and moral issues. 4. Investigation on the different population variables and different organization variables of the teachers’ actual human resource placement factors had significant difference. However, there was no significant difference on the years of service variable. 5. Comparing the ideal and actual situation in human resource placement, teachers placed greater importance on these two aspects; needs of parents and the community and personal favors and moral issues in actual placement situation. 6. Investigation on the placement of homeroom teachers, teachers placed great importance on the effectiveness of classroom management factor in ideal human resource placement situation. However, in actual human resource placement situation, the needs of parents had greater importance. 7. Administrative directors and concurrently a part-time teacher had higher level of satisfaction on school’s human resource placements than full -time teachers. 8. The greater the difference between the ideal and actual human resource placement factors, the lower the teachers’ satisfaction level. 9. Teacher’s personal ability level factor gave the best prediction on the overall satisfaction level. In conclusion, this investigation provides suggestions for educational administrations, directors of school human resource placement, follow-up research and future research. none 鄭新輝 學位論文 ; thesis 264 zh-TW
