To that end, the researcher, through literature review interviews, The resulting from the analysis of the main conclusions are as follows: 1. Case school teachers and administrators on class section, the institutionalization of approach and respect for the expectations and practical experience and balanced teaching hours is consistent and, for the expertise in dedicated and respected, and class arrangements for the communication is part of the differences. 2. Case school teachers and administrators on Wednesday professional development program for expectations and practical experience in terms of curriculum more inclined to theory, and expect substantive aspects of a consistent, and in the frequency the constraints of time predicament is not the same. 3. Case school teachers and administrators on personnel services expectations and practical experience in attitude is consistent, and the right to expect toward specialization, willing, convenience and need for teachers, part of the vary. 4. Case school teachers and administrators of the expectations of services and the actual experience in initiatives in the administration by law is in line, but in the decree its disparities. Based on the conclusions, the suggestions for administrators and teachers and future research are proposed.
