Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 資訊工程學系碩士班 === 97 === Owning to the popularity of the Internet, some unstructured information such as webpage and email is increasingly growing, which causes that it is becoming more and more difficult to classify, manage, and deal with such kind of the unstructured information than before. Therefore, based on the fuzzy ontology, a concept of the intelligent management system is proposed in this thesis and applied to the computer Go game knowledge base, IEEE CIS (Computational Intelligence Society) ETTC (Emergent Technologies Technical Committee) Member knowledge base, and the Project Planning (PP) process area of the CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration, CMMI) to express the information in different domains. Additionally, an FML (Fuzzy Markup Language) is also used to describe the computer Go game knowledge base and IEEE CIS ETTC member knowledge base. The management system is implemented to effectively manage the related knowledge. Moreover, in this thesis, based on the pre-defined project planning ontology, a project planning agent is also proposed to establish and develop a project, and further infer the project budget and the project risk through the fuzzy inference. From the experimental results, the proposed approach is feasible to apply to the project planning.
