From this view point, cruical prblems that Air Force is eager to solve are how to contruct a more efficiet management modle in order to injecting vigor into Air force parts & assemblys management modle.
This reserch applies the supply chain, standard procesure, efficiency index and reports of SCOR, and combines with delayed strategy technology for producingand distrabuting selling.We hope that we can look into the procesure which can be improved in the parts & assemblys management modle via interviewing personals over each level in order to draw the improving script and establish a better percesure for the Air Force parts & assemblys supply chain that decision maker level can takes it into condersideration and utilzes it over management.
