Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 教育學系課程與教學澎湖碩士班 === 97 === The aim of this study is to understand the current situation about how elementary schools in Penghu County use SFS3-System, to predict the factors that effect teachers to use Behavior Intention, and to discuss how much they are satisfied with SFS3-System. This study also attempts to explore difficulties teachers may meet, and furthermore, to find suggestions for improvement.
This study is in an investigation method. It carries on a general survey to all the full-time teachers of elementary schools in Penghu County. Referring to Taylor and Todd’s “Decomposed Theory of Planned Behavior”, questionnaires are designed as investigation tool. “Descriptive statistics” and “multiple analysis of regression” are used as statistical methods to analyse the research data collected. In addition, DeLone and McLean’s “Information System Success Model” is used as another reference to construct an interview outline for measuring the satisfaction scale. This interview has been carried on among 10 class advisors who are familiar with SFS3-System operations. According to the data analysis of questionnaires and the collective interview results, the conclusion is made as follows:
1. more than half classes of the whole county use “Student Information Module” in SFS3-System, only 20% uses “Grade Module”. In all SFS3-System Modules, most schools use Library Management Module.
2. “perceived usefulness”, “perceived easy of use” and “training” have an obviously positive impact on “attitude”.
3. “directors of education authorities influences” and “peer influences” have a significantly positive impact on “subjective norm”.
4. “self efficiency”, “resource facilitating efficiency” and “technology facilitating efficiency” have remarkable influences on “perceived behavior control”.
5. “attitude”, “subjective norm”, “perceived behavior control” have remarkable influences on “behavior intention”.
6. teachers’ satisfaction on information quality in SFS3-System achieves to a high/mediate level.
7. teachers have a high/mediate level of satisfaction on system quality in SFS3-System.
8. teachers’ satisfaction on service quality in SFS3-System is in a low degree.
9. teachers are unable to use SFS3-System when they meet problems in unsuitable school reports, network disconnection, or when academic transcript is inconsistent with the school roll of education authorities. Besides these, lack of consulting service and system maintenance is another problem.
10. suggestions of improving SFS3-System are: to simplify user interface, to provide operation guidance and error notice, to provide applicable transcripts, to establish consultation and development team, and to explain backup mechanism, and develop client system of center network system.
