Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 教育學系課程與教學碩士班 === 97 === The purpose of this dissertation is to study how the elementary teachers promote their teaching efficiency through peer supervision, so as to provide students for better learning experience.
This dissertation is to execute action research by taking the teaching observation and feed back, self-criticism, and modification, which was observed by peer teachers in class, researchers’ responses and fed from students’ interview after curriculums.
Datum was collected and analyzed from class-observation recording sheets, interview, questionnaire, and researchers’ responses, etc...
It is useful to promote teachers’ professional knowledge by peer supervision, researcher and peer teacher discuss with each other and according teaching issues they found the methods to improve it, then, further to change teachers’ attitude. It is help for teachers to further explore teaching issues and increase the learning interesting of students through peer teacher’s observation, propositions and students’ responses. It can indeed help to focus on teaching efficiency through the progress of peer supervision by questionnaire and interview and help to promote teaching efficiency on “teaching plans”, ”learning mood constructions”, ”multiple evaluation applications” through peer supervision. However, it is not obvious in improving and promoting teaching efficiency on” classroom management” through peer supervision.
Finally, we proposed concrete suggestions to the teachers, school administrations, and future researches based on the conclusions.
