Summary:碩士 === 北台灣科學技術學院 === 燃料電池產業研發碩士專班 === 97 === There are many factors influence DMFC performance which include the material parameters of catalyst layer, gas diffusion layer, and proton exchange membrane, and the environmental operation parameters of the temperature, methanol concentration, and flow rate of anode fuel, and the cathode airflow rate. This research adopts acrylic serpentine flow board and changing the arrangement of anode and cathode flow boards discuss the effect on the DMFC performance by the different flow direction, cross style, and flow type. In addition, this paper also investigates the effects on the cell performance curve by the anode fuel flow rate and cathode airflow rate. The results show that the anode fuel flow rate would affect the performance obviously. The higher fuel flow rate presents a better cell performance and the low fuel flow rate presents a worse cell performance. But the cell show obvious change in cell performance when changing the airflow rate.
