The condenser adopts the blower to cool the system and condense the water vapor produced by the DMFC at cathode to the water liquid which is able to be recycled and adopted. At first, this thesis adopts the Taguch’s method to discuss the factor effects on the DMFC condenser by making the experiments of the DMFC stack with a condenser when different conditions. Furthermore, the research adopts a humidifier emulate the vapor generation and investigate the capability of the water collection. The bafflers were added to increase the amount of condensed water. The experimental results were compared with the theoretically maximum amount of the condensed, water and there after the DMFC condenser performance is able to be evaluated.
