Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立清華大學 === 動力機械工程學系 === 97 === The objective of this study is to employ harmonic injection technique in the power factor corrector (PFC) for AC/DC power supplies. Since active harmonic injection technique is still the primary method among the power factor corrector methods when harmonic injection is adopted, this thesis would mainly focus on the active methodology. The basic structure of the power circuit is based upon a three-phase rectifier with a single-switch boost topology. The single-switch three-phase boost rectifier has been widely applied in the industry because of its structure simplicity, low total cost, and reasonably low total harmonic distortion. In the rectifier design, harmonic injection circuits are employed for reduction of ac current distortion by injecting the sixth order harmonic feed-forward signals. In this study, the PFC circuits are designed and analyzed by making use of a simulation package for power electronics; and, the rectifier circuit parameters influencing the total harmonic distortion are investigated for retuning the circuit parameters. Moreover, experimental results are employed for verification of simulated parameter analysis. In conclusions, with consideration in possible operation problems such as rated current capacity of the switches, the reliability of the PFC circuit is improved throughout the study.
