As the regulations sets, the information of the toxic chemical substances contained in the products shall be open-referenced by the consumers. Consequently, a new demand rises for all Corporations, all the information need to be acquired, collected, analyzed and maintained, for which the industry needs recruitment in human resource and equipment to complete this demand. The documentation records in GSC information management and integration concentrates on exploration and implement on management system programmed by computer software firms. The system is not user-friendly and it covers only the central manufacturers and suppliers, with disregards of consumers. Consequently, it causes problem – “The Corporations and end-users are not being assisted by the system, but they need to fit into the system”. The concepts of this research are to integrate and assort the application of Knowledge Management - collection on information flow production system of the parts, information types, the responsibility distinction and index of achievement management. The principle in combination of Software Engineering development procedure and User Interface Design is to improve the production procedure and production range structure and develop better and more complete coverage of “Green Information Assistant Management System of Parts” to assist the corporation on integration and management of Green information on parts management. Lastly, the “Green Information Assistant Management System of Parts” is combined with database of ERP system to implement the process on the integration and management of green information on parts in Corporations, and replace the procedures by human labor. The analysis shows that the system not only shortens the procedure time, but also eliminates the mistakes by human labors. It enables the process efficiency and system establishment to the best stage and elevates the core competition and service standard of Corporations.
