In order to increase the teachers’ willing to use substitution energy and promote it to the general publics through the understanding of teachers’ behavior intention of using it was took. The goal of the research are as follows: 1.To discuss the relevance among the primary school teachers’ Attitude(AT), Subjective Norm(SN), Perceived Behavioral Control(PBC) and Behavior Intention(BI) of using substituting energy. 2.To discuss forecast among their Attitude(AT), Subjective Norm(SN), Perceived Behavioral Control(PBC) and Behavior Intention(BI) of using it. 3.To discuss their behavior intention of using it. 4.To understand the different individual characteristics versus the influence of their behavior intention of using it.The main conclusions were summarized as follows: 1.The correlations among AT, SN, PBC were significant and positive to BI. 2.The AT, SN, PBC could forecast 38.2% of the variation in behavior intention. 3.The correlations of using substitution energy BI were positive. 4.There was no significant difference toward the AT, SN , PBC ,BI of using substitution energy of the variant participants’ gender, position, level of education, region distribution, but existing significant difference of their age, subject, and energy related experiences of workshops. Based on the conclusions, the following suggestions are proposed to environmental education staffs as reference: a set of sound subsidy measures and the related laws may encourage the teacher to use the substitution energy, and conducting the energy related workshops may promote teacher′s energy knowledge.
