Summary:碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 教育學系 === 97 === A study on relationship between Teachers’ Interpersonal Relationships and Job Satisfaction in the Complete Schools of Taichung City and County YU, YA-FANG ABSTRACT This study was aimed to explore the relationship between teachers’ interpersonal relationships and job satisfaction in the complete schools of Taichung City and County. It investigates the current status of teachers’ interpersonal relationships and job satisfaction in the complete schools of Taichung City and County, analyzes the differences among the personal background variables, and further probes the relationship between teachers’ interpersonal relationships and job satisfaction in the complete schools of Taichung City and County . Based on the results, the research tends to submit feasible recommendations for the complete schools, the teachers and further research. This study was mainly conducted through literature review and questionnaire survey. The questionnaire for investigating on teachers’ organization environment edited by the researcher was used as the tool of research. There are 560 questionnaires issued to 8 schools and recovered 492 effective questionnaire, with effective return rate of 87.86%. The data obtained is processed by means of descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way variance analysis, the Pearson’s product-moment correlation analysis, stepwise multiple regression and others for statistical analysis. According to the results of this study, the conclusions are summarized as the following: 1. The interpersonal relationships of teachers in the complete schools of Taichung City and County is mostly good. 2. The job satisfaction of the teachers in the complete schools of Taichung City and County is mostly good. 3. The scores on teachers’ interpersonal relationships in the complete schools of Taichung City and County were varied with gender, teaching experiences, academic degree, job position, and the location of school. 4. The scores on teachers’ job satisfaction in the complete schools of Taichung City and County were varied with job position, and the location of school. 5. There’s significant positive correlation between teachers’ interpersonal relationships and job satisfaction in the complete schools of Taichung City and County. 6. In multiple regression for teachers’ interpersonal relationships to job satisfaction, the〝inclusion〞has the more significant predictability.
